Sorry for the extended leave, I was on vacation at Disney World with the family. And by vacation I mean spending way too much money to stand in lines for hours to ride a two minute ride, over and over again. Finished with a stolen pair of designer jeans from the laundry room at my over priced resort hotel. Anyhoo, I'm back and I bring you these fabulous Givenchy shoes. I have been all about Givenchy recently, with their unique studs and optical prints. These boots don't feature these details, but they are fabulous never the less. The boots have a 4.5 inch tapered black nappa heel and a pointed open-toe. They are made of black calfskin with shiny, tribal embroidered inserts, cut-outs and stud embellishment. OK, When I first saw the Motorcycle Jacket ankle boots, I thought that would be the best of the best of Alexander McQueen shoes, but these boots are even better. You can fold the top down so they are similar to the fabulous motorcycle jacket boots, but improved with zipper and cut out detail. The man is a genius designer. As you can see, these boots come in both black and red, and really, I'm digging the red. These boots are leather with a 4.5 inch heel and a .75 inch platform and feature the signature skull zipper pull. $999 at Zappos.com.
They're here! I have been waiting with baited breath for the Spring 2010 Dolce & Gabbana shoes. This collection is my absolute favorite of all the designer shoes offered for next season. The above fishnet and suede open toe shoe is finally available. This fabulous ankle boot has a tapered heel, rounded peep toe, hidden 1 inch platform and a 4.5 inch heel. These Fendi shoes are going to be a sell out this Spring 2010. They are khaki colored Lycra, a great color for spring and summer, that wrap around the foot an ankle. The sandals have a 6 inch tapered nappa covered heel with a 2 inch Plexiglas platform, a rounded peep-toe, leather straps behind wrap around Lycra fabric self tie straps and leather ankle straps with buckle closure. They feature a gold FF logo stamped on the plexi platform. These fabulous shoes are modeled by Demi Moore below and doesn't she look fabulous? She's almost 50 and still gorgeous. I was flipping through the Wall Street Journal, and on the front page of the Style section is a picture of Isabel Marant Otway Boots. Apparently they are the must have shoe of the current season. The pre-orders are selling out everywhere, in part to their celebrity draw. They have been seen on many of the fashion forward Hollywood elite. To me , this is the kind of shoe that must be seen on before a judgement can be made. When I first looked at them I was a bit unimpressed, but on…love them!
